We wanted to get a home while the prices were still low. We accomplished that very easily through Stacey Akers, who worked mostly with buyers. When we moved to Phoenix and got new jobs, our house was too far away from where we really wanted to be. It was then we started working with Craig since he works mostly with sellers. Craig put our house on the market in an area where it was notoriously difficult to sell homes.
